• Strategic Leadership: Oversees the long-term vision and strategic direction of UG Tourism Consult, ensuring its objectives align with Uganda’s tourism development goals.
• Governance & Policy Oversight: Ensures strong governance structures are in place, upholding ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represents UG Tourism Consult in partnerships with government agencies, tourism boards, and international organizations to enhance Uganda’s visibility.
• Financial Stewardship: Provides oversight on financial planning, ensuring resources are managed efficiently to support key tourism initiatives.
• Advisory Role: Guides the executive team with expert insights on policy, investment opportunities, and global tourism trends.
• Advocacy for Uganda’s Tourism: Actively promotes Uganda’s cultural and natural heritage, working to attract more tourists and investors to the country.
